Compendium of court practice in cases of human trafficking 2015-2025

This publication provides an analysis of case law in human trafficking cases ten years after the publication of the first summary in 2015. It focuses on court rulings in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as other selected countries, to examine changes in the interpretation and application of the criminal offence of human trafficking and determine whether legal institutes that were not previously consistently applied have in the meantime, become established in case law.
